Our Process
Here’s how we handle window cleaning from the first pass to the final detail.
Apply our treating solution
We start by applying our special treating solution to loosen stuck-on grime, pollen, light hard-water buildup, and everyday residue so the glass can be cleaned thoroughly without leaving streaks behind.
Scrub the glass and surrounding details
Next, we scrub down the glass, frames, tracks, sills, and shutters using our gentle nylon brush and detail tools so the whole window area looks noticeably cleaner, not just the glass itself.
Pure-water rinse or hand-finished detail
For exterior work, we rinse with deionized water so everything dries spot-free. For interiors and touch-ups, we use our mop and squeegee method to leave the glass clean, dry, and crystal clear.
Final walkthrough
We look over the glass and surrounding window components one more time to catch any missed detail, remove remaining drips, and make sure the finished result looks sharp from inside and out.
About the Equipment
30ft Extendable Pole
Safely reaches high windows from the ground and lets us clean exterior glass with control and consistency. Paired with a gentle nylon brush, it helps us clean thoroughly without being harsh on the glass or frames.
DI Tank (Pure Water)
Our deionized water system removes minerals from the rinse water so exterior windows can dry spot-free. No mineral residue, no film, and no streaks left behind.
Mop & Squeegee
Mop Method
Used for interiors, delicate frames, spot detailing after a pure-water rinse, or whenever hand work is the better choice. It helps us loosen remaining residue and prep the glass for a clean finish.
Squeegee Finish
Leaves the glass crystal clear and dry while preventing drips from sitting on frames and sills. It’s ideal for interior windows and final touch-ups where a precision hand-finished look matters most.
